For processing on automatic edge banding machines.
Particularly suitable for application with nozzle

Features

For edge gluing with feed rate from 15 m/minute
high initial strength
Chemical cross-linking within few days
results in a non-melting, insoluble Duroplast
high final bond strength
extremely high heat resistance (>150 °C) and flexibility at low temperatures
excellent water resistance
produces a tight joint
neat processing
Brookfield viscosity: 150 °C ~40,000 mPas
recommended processing temperature in melting container/on application roller: 120 to 140 °C

Edge banding material: Veneer, melamine, polyester, HPL, PVC, ABS, PP
